"grow thrive bend break" is an album of songs from Ed Muirhead, collected over 25 years, recorded during lockdown in spring 2021, released June 2021.

These ballads explore themes of love, growth, optimism and perception - and are sung from the heart, accompanied on acoustic guitar and supported by piano and rhythm section (with occasional flute!)

Many of these songs have nearly made it onto one of the previous four albums, but they didn't quite fit at the time. With extra time courtesy of covid, Ed reviewed his spare songs, chose fourteen that worked well together, and wrote a new one to complete the album.
